I can bump up the protein, but I'm not removing any more carbs right now. My diet has actually made a lot of good changes, so I'm just going to do this at my pace. I am paying attention to my levels, but keep in mind this is the first time in 40 years I've *ever* kept track of what I'm eating, so I'm not going to discourage or punish myself right out of the gate, it's only been a week.
