Dreading the Hubby's hair!

I've wanted my husband to try dreading his hair for years, but I guess it took me deciding to take the plunge for him to decide to do it too! I also think that he wanted to show me up, he knows he has better hair...

I have curl much like his, and have to sleep with my hair bound up on top of my head to prevent dreads. So.... I suspect his dreads will tighten up and he will have better hair than you.

While I have always love those bleached out white ones, I don't think I could hack the weight.

Or perhaps I am too used to people using wool, cause they usually look heavy!

They are no heavier than your hair, since...it's just your hair!

Unless you use a bunch of wax or something, which is a big no-no.

M has great hair for dreads, too, but alas, is not at all interested. He did ask me about doing a bunch of little braids, tho. I may convert him yet!

I think he decided I couldn't do the little braids and he wants them done professionally... but now it might be a little too close to the start of the academic year, so he may skip it.

He's *this close* to being able to put his hair in a ponytail again! And no plans (so far) about getting a hair cut - mostly b/c he doesn't trust anyone around here, after the last BUTCHering they gave him!

Too bad my boy wouldn't looks gorgeous with dreads... or long hair. That okay, I love his little mohawk thing, anyways.

I still need to get pictures of mine... they turned three months and I forgot to take photos! I think that will be my mission today - take pictures of my dreads after drills and shower.
