Exercise Post.

15 minutes core focus, Yourself Fitness.

I also decided my arms need some work so I got out my weights (2.5 lbs. per) and did 2 sets of:

10 bicep curls
10 overhead presses
10 lateral raises
10 tricep kickbacks
10 tricep extentions
10 bent over row
10 chest presses

and 60 crunches, 20 to the center, 20 on each side.

Oh my goodness. I'm sure you're stronger than that, with all the stuff you do! You should really consider getting some larger dumbbells.

You are probably right, though my upper body is actually pretty weak, I could go higher in weight, I just don't have any. Maybe I will try my wrist weights and dumbells at the same time.

The way to get it stronger is to gradually and continually increase the weight. ;-)
