I also decided my arms need some work so I got out my weights (2.5 lbs. per) and did 2 sets of:
10 bicep curls
10 overhead presses
10 lateral raises
10 tricep kickbacks
10 tricep extentions
10 bent over row
10 chest presses
and 60 crunches, 20 to the center, 20 on each side.
