So sorry, magensium and calcium are supposed to help a lot too. Supplements (while not the best solution) are something you can do even when you aren't able to do the other things. I've also played merry-go-round with birth control pills, I'm finally on Yasamine and it has made a huge difference. It may be worth it to try a different brand every few months to see if you notice a difference. (my doctor told me that non-generic tend to help the most) Hope it's over soon!
