I just found a whole section of little inspirational quotes on Spark, and tis one made me smile. It's true too! Every day I have to realign myself with what I am doing and why; so far, so good. I am six pounds down, and I don't' feel deprived or hungry at all! As much as I hated the idea of keeping track of my food, it really does help, and I love fruits and vegetables, I was always just too cheap to buy as much as I needed to buy. Now I keep a bowl of fruit filled with things I like, and I keep salad fixins on hand at all times.
