That's the best way to go, a little at a time. Before I would always start with a 30 minute cardio and then do a bunch of Pilates and walking, and I can keep that up for a month or so and then I start slacking off.
My plan this time is to do the 15 minute Yourself sections for at least three weeks, and only add on small mini strength or dance sections until I build a real routine. For me that is the hard part, getting to the point where I get up and go work out, instead of doing something else and pissing the day away, LOL.
I am glad you are going to do this with me, even though I hardly know you!
