Today was Physical Challenge which I hate, and it takes about 30 minutes. There is a physical challenge every ten workouts, where the program keeps track of your progress. Since I slacked off for a while and just started doing it again, my numbers are terrible, and of course it starts with a weight check. She does say that weight is not the important part, but it still sucks since I'm back up to my fat weight and I have to pretty much start all over again.

So here is what the physical challenge is like.

Weight: 230 (ouchy.)

It then has you take your resting heart rate and then you have to do cardio for 2 minutes It says jumping jacks but I can't do those because of my knees so I jog. The sight of me jogging is something more fit for cartoons than gyms, I must say.

after that, it's the challenges, which it keeps track of on a graph to plot your progress.

Squats 30
Crunches (full) 50
Pushups 10
Forward fold to check flexibility.

After all of that, I still had to do my workout. I can tell that my period is coming, but it's only 15 minutes more of hell, so I got to it.

15 minutes flexibility focus, Yourself fitness

2 sets of my homemade arm series with (I think) 4 lbs. in each hand:

10 bicep curls
10 overhead presses
10 lateral raises
10 tricep kickbacks
10 tricep extentions
10 bent over row
10 chest presses

I'm spent. I die now.
