I do use one sometimes, but I'm dealing with some structural issues too. I've had surgery twice to fix the issue but the scar tissue gets inflamed very easily which leads to infection. Sigh. It's better than living in PA or AK though! I really can't complain much when my hometown got snow and AJ's hometown has had snow since September. :D
