I don't think I've felt this bad during my period in quite some time. My cramps are hurrendous, I don't even want to stand up. My knees and back are screaming from this crappy grey and cold weather, to the point that the ibuprofen just isn't helping at all. I'm also feeling run down, like maybe there is a cold or flu coming, but it is way back in the deep jungles of my body, not willing to come out full force, but just hanging around and making me miserable. Now, I'm in pain a good deal of the time, especially this time of year, but today it is bad enough that I feel like bitching about it to anyone around. So it's a good thing none of you are around!
The thought of working out sounds good in my head, but my body simply won't allow it today. I made myself some hot chocolate, which made me feel a little better, but I think some sweet red wine might be an even better plan.
I hope you guys are having a better day.
on the upside, I've been playing some good games lately. I've been busting heads in the Sopranos game on PS2, which got mediocre reviews but I like it. The voice acting is great, they have everyone from the show.
In mini game news, I came across a really cool one called Cradle of Rome, which is a matching game like bejeweled but you are collecting supplies at the same time, to create a Roman village, similar to Civilization or Age of Empires, but on a very small and simple scale. I'm having a good time with that and it's taking my mind off of the pain a bit. If anyone is interested in it, just let me know.

Hugs, Mom
I am sorry you feel poopy
*hopes Jill feels better soon*
I am a sucker for Bejeweled-esque games, too. I just picked up a $10 copy of Majong Quest, and it had a demo of Jewel Quest, in which you are reading this archeologist's diary in the jungles of South America, following his descent into madness. At least, that is the storyline. At any rate, the puzzles are all different sizes and shapes, including funky embattled edges at the bottom that are nigh impossible to solve, but I had loads of fun anywho. Must get a copy of my own, as it is also $10.
Could I please have a copy of the game you played?
