Last night after class we sat around and watched the first half of Lagaan. I was happy because everyone seemed to be interested in it, and it's one of my favorite movies.

Also, the ladies chipped in and bought me a really lovely Neptune statue:



I nearly started crying right there, because they totally caught me off guard! He is so beautiful, I've seen them online of course, but never in person. Anyway, now I have to figure out where to keep him! He's just so pretty that I don't want to put him outside. Maybe I can just transport him out there for rituals. Anyway, I'm all verklempt! ::sniff::

I am completely unprepared for Saturnalia this weekend, and I only have today to get my shit together!
